This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests making it ideal for families or groups. This is a 4 bedroom apartment; 1 master en suite with double bed, 1 more bedroom with a double bed and 2 twin bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. There are also 2 complete bathrooms.
This fantastic apartment is filled with natural sunlight through the floor to ceiling windows and its earthy colour scheme. It is complete with hardwood flooring, impeccable marble finish bathrooms. It features a balcony, perfect for dining or sipping some wine on a lazy afternoon. The living room is spacious with comfy leather sofa and plasma TV.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
Just a short walk from the beach, the apartment is situated within an exclusive complex with 2 swimming pools (including one children´s shallow pool), changing area, children´s playground and 24 hour security. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the city centre just a few stops away by direct metro line. If you are travelling to Barcelona by car, there is parking also available in the complex.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).
Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.
HOUSE RULES:
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.
Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.
The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in economic penalties and/or the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old or over are accepted.
Public parking available on request for 20€ per night.
Swimming pool opens in summer only. Closures are subject to change based on weather and maintenance.
Electric scooters available in the apartment.
Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
